"Luminous Affirmations" light, glass, stainless steel 100' x 59' x 20" Tampa Municipal Office Building, Tampa, Florida installed December 2005 This lightpainting, photographed at dawn, was commissioned by the City of Tampa to kick-off their biennial "Lights on Tampa" program. Created to change with changes in the ambient light, it reflects the vitality of this growing city.
